About This Project
Lygon St Nursery worked with QT Melbourne to design a kitchen garden for the Roof Top at QT.
The kitchen garden is planted with a number of edible herbs and produce. We also included a number of different bush food plants in their garden from Tucker Bush that can all be used in the kitchen.
We are passionate about education in horticulture and edible planting. For this reason, we included plant tags with additional information on how each plant can be used for cooking.
Lygon St Nursery visits the garden for monthly maintenance. We really enjoy watching how the space changes seasonally.
