our process

Consultation $350
Fill in an enquiry form, we will contact you to organise a consultation with one of our designers at your property. A consultation will last for approximately 1 hour. At the consultation we will discuss ideas, preferences, and precedents. We provide a written summary with advice and ideas for you to consider.
Following the consultation we will then prepare a fee proposal tailored to you and your space to engage the services of Lygon St Landscapes.

Proposal and Concept
When the design proposal is accepted a member of the team will come to your site to complete a site analysis and identify existing conditions and any constraints. Our design team will then work closely with you to develop a concept plan.
Concept Plan
The concept plan will include:
– Existing trees and vegetation
– Existing and/or proposed dwelling/s
– Hard paving
– Structures (such as fences, decking, pergolas etc
– Proposed materials
– Garden beds and proposed planting palette
– Visual imagery, elevations and sections as required.
Design Concept Meetings
The design proposal will detail the number of meetings required to present your concept plan. The Stage 1 meeting will be to provide you with the opportunity to make small modifications to the design.
The Stage 2 meeting will be to present the final concept and quotations for Lygon St Landscapes to construct the designed landscape.
Planting plan
When the design process is complete and planting palette is finalised we will provide you with a detailed planting design. This will already be included in the Design Concept Fee.

Construction and Project management
Finally, once the proposal and concept has been signed off, we can bring your garden to life and our team can construct your garden. We can also liaise with other contracted trades people or yourself to ensure construction is being executed to the highest standard. We’re not interested in compromising on quality and practicality in the interests of getting the job done. We believe in doing a job once and doing it well and delivering a quality, value for money product.
